To Begin the Process

Based on United States SEC regulations, it is necessary that Charlotte Harbor Regional Center provide investment information only to “Accredited Investors” under Rule 501 (a) of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.  To begin the investment process it is necessary for us to confirm you are an “accredited investor.” Click to download, print and complete the CHRC Accredited Investor Questionnaire. Completed questionnaires with “accredited investor’s” signature may be faxed or scanned and e-mailed to CHRC.  We thank you in advance.

Once reviewed, we will provide you with a personal password to download specific information on our investment opportunities.
